Announcing All Stars! ???
In Jan next year, I will complete 5 years as a pre-seed VC. Having now partnered 130+ companies and having seen a lot of Asks-For-Help, some patterns had clearly started to emerge. Turns out, the most common asks from early stage founders we hear - all mostly sound alike.?
If you boil it down to its core, founders primarily need help with three things. They finally need help to find either Customers or Employees, or Investors. If All In Capital can help with any or all of the above, and do it repeatedly for all our companies in various sectors, we think we can dramatically improve their odds of success and hence our odds of success.?
To help solve these common problems for early stage founders, and to do it at scale, All In Capital is proud to unveil our exclusive new platform - All Stars!
What is All Stars ? It’s a portfolio support platform designed to give our portfolio founders super powers! It helps with all of the above asks - and does so at scale. All Stars has six products baked into it of which we are launching four today :
1. AllStars Investor Network
We have put together a searchable and actionable database of 400+ VCs from across the globe. Most early stage founders feel deflated after having pitched to 20-30 funds. But when we speak to founders who have now made it (Series C and beyond) - they all had rounds where no investor wanted to bite but they went on pitching easily to 100+ investors before getting their first yes.?Fund raising is all about collecting NOs till you find that one believer! And we have tried to make sure our founders will never run out of investors to pitch to! Not only have we put the database together, we have also built an integration to map our close network to it. So you can see the person(s) we know well at each fund and request us for an introduction with a single click!? Here’s how it works! ??
2. AllStars Operator Network
Of the folks who have built technology companies as either founders or operators - in India and globally,? many want to spend time giving back to the community. These are people? who have been masters of their game at product, growth, sales, design, fundraising, org building and more. We have learnt over time that these operators usually have the best answers for questions like - How do I design a bottoms up GTM strategy for my product or how do I rebuild my tech stack such that it scales to 10M MAU. So we have put together a network of more than 100+ such founders and operators - who have been there and done that.
When a portfolio startup is raising their round (from us or in a follow-on), they can easily go through the network, select people whose journeys are relevant to their company and reach out to them to bring them on the captable. Again - we have mapped our entire global network out to enable founders to request an introduction with one click!
Even if you don’t want to bring on board angels, you can ask for an intro to someone whom you may want to pitch your product to, or if you just feel 30 mins with this person would help me think through a solution for a particular problem! We think folks from this network of operators are all potential angels or potential customers or some are even potential future employees for our founders and we are excited to facilitate a close collaboration with them. 3. AllStars Deal Book
Every early stage founder typically needs to use similar software and services like AWS/ GCP/ Azure, a CRM, an email marketing subscription, a recuitment agency, a lawyer, someone to do valuation reports, Tally, etc etc. We have done our best to get the best offers and discounts from the best partners for all your needs as an early stage founder.
This not only includes software vendors but also for your offline needs like Laptop rentals or coworking spaces or recruitment agencies and 100+ other providers. If we have missed something here, founders can request us to go crack a specific vendor deal and we will do it.

4. AllStars Founder Community
The best feedback and learning always comes from one’s peers and this is especially true for founders. Founders end up inspiring each other, helping each other with tactical questions (Google Blocked my app - what do i do?!) and actually end up becoming lifelong friends.
We launched a live and kicking Whatsapp community a few months back where you can ask for any kind of tactical or strategic advice and now plan to augment this with more offline and online meets.
Legal Docs
All founders need the same standard set of documents repeatedly (NDAs/ Employment agreements, Consulting agreements, Advisor agreements so on) and we are in the process of standardising these documents and providing them freely to our portfolio. Coming soon!
Jobs Board
A large chunk of company building comes down to an A+ team. A lot of folks already reach out to us asking for potential roles with our portfolio companies and we want to ship an easy/ productised way for us to connect this interested talent with our portfolio. Coming Soon!
With all of this, we think the All Stars platform will give the All In Capital portfolio founders super powers and help them focus on doing what they are supposed to be doing at an early stage - shipping products, doing sales and building their teams!! This is a great reminder of how important it is to provide targeted support and resources for early-stage startups. Congrats on the 5 years as a pre-seed VC!
