Announcing the 2022-2023 JOURNEY Fellows

The JOURNEY Begins…

Barely four months after JOURNEY launched and began the search for women on the cusp of breakthrough leadership, we are pleased to announce the selection of two dozen JOURNEY Fellows who will embark on a year-long experience that will empower them and provide the tools, access, and support they need to achieve higher levels of power and sustainable global impact.?

The members of our inaugural class of JOURNEY Fellows represent a broad diversity of ethnic, racial, economic, geographic, and career backgrounds. Their leadership roles span the corporate, startup, and venture capital worlds in tech, healthcare, finance, retail, education, law, and other fields where they are innovating and building solutions to the world’s most pressing societal challenges. One wonderful surprise to me and my colleagues and our JOURNEY Champions who helped us select the Fellows from among more than 200 applicants: We have more than a few amazing disruptors in healthcare. The common thread linking all the JOURNEY Fellows is a determination to scale their impact and use their platforms for good.

JOURNEY’s mission is to accelerate the diversity and trajectory of women in leadership by connecting the most promising emerging talent with the most impactful women leaders. Our Champions—a group of groundbreaking CEOs and startup founders and venture capitalists committed to clearing pathways to leadership and impact—are collectively ready to mentor, advise, and open doors for these Fellows. The multiplier effect of JOURNEY will be many more women at the top, profoundly helping to solve pressing global challenges.
