?? Announcement of My Departure from Kforce ??

Today marks a significant milestone in my journey that I’d like to share with you. After an incredible 25-year tenure, I am bidding farewell to Kforce.

Reflecting on this journey, I vividly remember being a 28-year-old with a dream. It was then that I decided to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure alongside the remarkable Don Harvey, forming VistaRMS. Together, we achieved extraordinary success, landing us at the coveted #2 spot on Inc Magazine's Fastest Growing Private Company list. We created an organization that embodied the American Dream and ultimately merged with Kforce. At that pivotal moment, I was not only expecting my now 19-year-old daughter but also facing an uncertain future.

My role evolved as I immersed myself in Kforce, serving as the VP of the DC Metro Region. Witnessing individuals from my company shine on prestigious stages and earning well-deserved accolades was a source of immense pride. I loved seeing them get the opportunity to shine on a bigger stage and meeting all the new people on my team. They were supportive of me through all the changes. They walked through the professional journey and personal like the heart surgeries of both my kids.

I made the transition that few entrepreneurs do, building an incredible private company, selling it, and then working my way up the executive ranks and learning the public company side. I became the first female executive and NEO. I did it while raising a wonderful family which is my biggest pride and accomplishment. From VistaRMS, Letitia Murray became the first Black female SVP and Don Harvey became the first Black Market President at Kforce. As I worked myself up to become COO, I had the privilege of watching dedicated individuals from Vista and those working with me now at Kforce move into leadership positions. The list of success stories goes on and on. My commitment to making a difference, especially for women, fueled my determination to stay and contribute.

Over time, I found my voice in addressing the challenges women encounter in the workplace. My aspiration was to pave an easier path for others and empower more women to step into leadership roles. My hope is to continue to see women move up in the firm.

My heartfelt gratitude extends to the thousands of brilliant and dedicated people at Kforce who have made each year better and better for me. I'm amazed by the extraordinary actions of our team members, a testament to the exceptional talent that has contributed to building a thriving business and creating countless job opportunities. Our team has worked tirelessly to provide cutting-edge technology solutions to our valued clients.?

It's the collective effort of my team, both past and present, that enabled us to achieve record-breaking results, outperforming peer groups for the past three years. When I first joined, our stock stood at $6. Look at Kforce now! Together, we guided our clients on their journey towards AI, Digital Transformation, and successfully adapted to the changing business landscape during the Covid era. I am deeply grateful for the clients we've had the privilege of serving and for the thriving culture I have tried to create.

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to my colleagues and teammates, those who inspired me daily with their unwavering commitment to our mission, our clients, and our consultants. While I cannot name everyone individually, please know that you all hold a special place in my heart. I am a better person and leader because of each one of you.

As I bid farewell to Kforce, I eagerly anticipate the next chapter in my journey, guided by God's plan. I firmly believe that He has more incredible adventures in store for me, and I am excited to see where this path leads.
