Anniversaries and Milestones

This year has been one of the swiftest and most fulfilling in not only mine but our family. My son just recently ended his Elementary school run with a Presidential Award for Academic Excellence and maintained his GATE status with consistency. We couldn't be more proud of our boy.

My son is key in keeping me focused, and goal-oriented because he's never gives up. Each obstacle he encounters is just another challenge to solve. Such a great way to approach problems, don't you agree?

I've also finished my first year with Partners Personnel and am proud to say that our organization not only has a top-notch business model, but we are also invested in building real partnerships with our clients. It does matter that you work with industry veterans who have decades of experience under our belts. Maturity and professionalism matter greatly.

Looking back at one of the last articles I shared about conquering your fears and I am filled with a great sense of gratitude. Happy that I took that leap and seized the opportunity to expand my horizons with Steve Sorenson's brilliant new organization, Partners Personnel.

It truly is amazing what you can achieve in a 12-month period and how persistence and fearlessness exemplified by my 11-year old son can produce wonderful results.

Here is to the next 12 months and thereafter!
