Established in 1983 by the Annessa family, the company based in Enfield, London imports a diverse range of products with a focus on Italian cuisine, and also supplies food containers and cleaning products to a client base of over 1,000 customers across southern England.
Fabio Rambelli, KBS Corporate Associate Director, led a transaction in which Annessa Imports was acquired by Kiril Mischeff Group, a Worksop-based food and ingredient supplier which was founded in 1935 initially as a UK agent for fruit producers in Bulgaria.
“Along with all the Annessa Imports staff, I am looking forward to working with all the fellow members of the Kiril Mischeff Group,” said Domenico Annessa, one of the founding directors of Annessa Imports.
“They are an established and well-respected business and I am looking forward to increasing and enhancing even further the product offering we bring to their customers, old and new, and contributing to the future success of the Group.”
