Empowering people to transform your business through apprenticeships.
What advice would you give to someone considering starting an apprenticeship?
If you’d like to progress to the next level or just be the best you can be at your role – it’s the opportunity for you.
What can you do now that you couldn’t do at the start of the programme?
I think outside the box more often and consider a lot of different factors when it comes to range selection or strategic category planning. I’m taking into account domestic and global trends, which may influence our business and make more informed decisions.
Which areas of the apprenticeship have you enjoyed the most and which areas have you found most challenging?
I enjoy workshops the most, as they are interactive and I found them very interesting. I think that written reports may be challenging, but you learn new things when you write each one of them, so with time they’re becoming less difficult.
