Our commitment to open discussions, embracing ideas, promoting wellbeing, and encouraging various initiatives has created an environment where everyone loves coming to the office.

Open Discussions and Welcoming Ideas: Anko thrives on the belief that every individual's voice matters. We encourage open discussions during team meetings and company-wide gatherings, providing a platform for team members to share their insights, suggestions, and feedback. Emphasis on Team member Wellbeing: We understand that the wellbeing of our team members is paramount to a productive and harmonious work environment. The Social committee makes sure we have fun with meaningful events and celebrations. We lovingly call these activities, Funko – Fun at Anko!

Games Corner: In our endeavour to create an environment that sparks creativity and relieves stress, we have a games corner that serves as a recreational hub. Here, team members can unwind during breaks, fostering bonds through friendly foosball matches, carrom tournaments, and more. This space not only encourages teamwork but also serves as a space to re-energize and revitalize.

Individualized Career Planning: At Anko, we recognize that a one-size-fits-all approach to career growth is limiting. Instead, we encourage each team member to define their own career path that can help them to create personalized development plans to align with both the individual's ambitions and the organization's objectives.

Learning and Development Initiatives: We firmly believe that continuous learning is key to staying ahead in a rapidly evolving world. As a result, we invest significantly in learning and development initiatives. From in-house training sessions and workshops to external courses and certifications, we offer a diverse range of opportunities to upskill and reskill our team members.
