If you would have told me at the start of 2020, when I quit my job and had absolutely no idea how I would survive, let alone make consistent $10k p.m. using a remote team of appointment setters, I would have laughed at ya

Although the road to get here wasn't easy at all, now that I look back, I see it all clearly and kind of feel grateful for the struggles I went through

However, I also feel, this is still a long journey where the ultimate goal is for me to help other agency owners & coaches who are now looking to offload some of the time-consuming tasks like sending 100+ DMs, running multiple email outreach campaigns, etc to book consistent high-quality appointments to fill their calendars

So this post is especially for you if you are that person and are looking to take your business to the next stage as I am going to share with you 3 strategies on how you can effectively do that below:

Now, first and foremost, before you even begin to post in various groups and look for a remote team of commission-only appointment setters, you need to ensure that you have a High Ticket Offer in place that is Market Tested & Validated

i.e. you have been able to help your Dream Clients with Great Results and they have given you a testimonial (either in the form of a video or text). This allows the appointment setter to help you scale faster and avoid experimentation.

Now that your offer is validated, you need to start posting your Opportunity on various Facebook Groups where appointment setters are congregating.

This will help you to get enough applications to conduct an in-person interview with them and you can pick the best one as per your requirement (timezone, initial base pay, etc)

Note: Do not expect appointment setters to start working for you directly on 100% commission from Day 1 as they still don't know you or your business. Now, because you haven't paid them, your skin is not in the game hence you will not spend the time to train them as well which ultimately will just end up wasting your own time (apart from the setter's time)

After 2-3 months, once things are streamlined and they are confident in the process of setting appointments for you, you can then ask them if they would be open to getting a higher % of commission instead.

Once the setter is hired, you can then brief them on the expected daily targets which they need to meet in terms of total prospects to outreach, total convos, total appointments, etc.

And by analyzing the numbers on a weekly basis and reviewing their conversations, you can give them timely feedback on how to converse in specific situations, etc, and find areas to improve

Again, you will not do this if you haven't paid them a dime, and/or the setter might not take the feedback as they are under uncertainty about what the future holds which is an added pressure on top of getting calls

Usually, if your setter is able to speak with at least 150-200 new people daily, scaling to a consistent $10k p.m. is very realistic in 2-3 months
