The potential of continuous fiber co-extrusion is endless

Our goal is to speed up the adoption of 3D printing with continuous fiber-reinforced composites across the globe. 3D Printing with composite materials might be challenging, but it offers incredible benefits: Parts can easily be made 2-3 times lighter compared to metal-made at a fraction of the cost. But knowledge of many aspects is required to succeed... Are you ready to join us on our journey and explore the potential of CFC technology? Here we go! ??

TL;DR

A quick overview of what has happened in the past weeks:

  • Anisoprint comes to North America: We're partnering with Top 3D Group to expand our global footprint.
  • We joined a space research accelerator and will start to adjust continuous carbon fiber 3D printing for the use in space environment.
  • AM market place Aniwaa released an in-depth review about the technology behind our Composer series (A4 and A3 models).
  • Our new fleet management software Aura.Connect will be release soon, we published a first sneak-peek on our blog.
  • We show you how we?remodeled two suspension parts of a lunar rover in our latest case study by changing the geometry to cut out the areas that are not loaded.

Anisoprint enters the North American market

?? It's official, our journey continues: Anisoprint is coming to the North American market!? After successfully building strong reseller networks in Europe and Asia, we now continue to expand our footprint. We're partnering with the highly experienced team of Top 3D Group!

The most in-depth Composer Review ever...

?? Educational content and technical reviews are really effective tools to help engineers better understand the true potential of continuous fiber 3D printing.??Aniwaa.com, an AM marketplace, recently tested our Composer and shared their experiences in an in-depth article. It is a?360-degree tour?that introduces our whole technology:

  • Carbon Fiber and CFC Technology
  • Composer Hardware and Materials
  • Aura Software
  • The Anisoprint Academy
  • Composer series’ workflow and user experience

Expanding the Aura Universe with Aura.Connect

?? It’s a common problem: Even if you’re away from your printer you still want to track the status of your print job and understand what’s going on. And the more printers you have, the more difficult it becomes to monitor each of them...

Aura.Connect is?a fleet management software that gives you remote control over Anisoprint machines to schedule and monitor print jobs and tap into ALL DATA coming from your machine?—?whether you're operating a single printer or a large print farm. It has a service-oriented architecture and communicates with Composer and PROM IS 500 printers using encrypted connections.

In space industries, where every gram counts, continuous fiber-reinforced composites are opening up more and more fascinating applications. Our latest case study features a?lunar rover: We show you how we?remodeled two suspension parts?- a wheel mount and control arm - and changed the geometry to cut out the areas that are not loaded.

For this case, we also tested our?new material pair Clear PETG + CCF. As a result, we were able to reduce the cost and material usage while keeping the part’s full functionality. ??

A podcast interview about entrepreneurship with Fedor

? Did you know that Fedor Antonov studied mechanics (math) before he entered the engineering field? How did he eventually become CEO of Anisoprint?

Piers Thackray has a gift to uncover people's fascinating stories when he talks with them. As host of the "Luxempreneur Show", he interviews Luxembourg's most interesting entrepreneurs on a regular basis. In the podcast you'll learn more about the next steps for Anisoprint and our inspiring mission, among many other topics.
