Anisoprint Digest August 2022 Edition
And even though things are usually slowing down during the hottest time of the year, our whole team is still quite active! We are proud to present the 4th issue of the Anisoprint Digest Newsletter, and once again it's full of really interesting news... ??
TL;DR
Among the new and exciting things we want to share with you:
???
?? Anisoprint goes University!?
We have officially teamed up with the Jacobs University Bremen and the Schaffhausen Institute of Technology to build an on-campus composite 3D printing ecosystem!?
What does this mean? In the next months, our R&D team will relocate to Bremen to set up a brand new lab with state-of-the-art equipment on the campus of Jacobs University.
There is a lot to learn about the proprietary Continuous Fiber Coextrusion (CFC) technology. We look forward to a new level of knowledge sharing and best practice exchange with our new partners. But also Jacobs University and SIT students will get the opportunity to explore educational resources, participate in training programs and lectures and experiment with our proprietary 3D printing technology through access to the lab.?
“This agreement marks the beginning of a long-term collaboration in research, teaching, and knowledge transfer in a highly innovative and disruptive technology environment”, said Jacobs University President Professor Fabio Pammolli.

?? How a new CoE for AM will boost 3D printing in India
Wow, the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), one of India’s largest private engineering universities, and Sedaxis, our exclusive Solutions Partner for India have just launched the VIT-SEDAXIS Centre of Excellence for Additive Manufacturing! ??
Indian academia and R&D institutions that work on 3D Printing applications using Composites now can visit the CoE located inside VIT's Chennai campus to get a first-hand experience of Anisoprint’s patented CFC technology!
?? With the support of the TamilNadu State Government, Sedaxis and VIT aim to promote mass awareness and adoption of 3D Printing in the region among academia, research institutions, startups, and small businesses.
?? Helping early adopters to grow with our technology is an essential part of our mission. We take it very seriously, in partnership with Sedaxis, to promote a circular and sustainable economy in India through additive manufacturing.
