?Those who follow me on my social networks have seen some videos that I've been sharing with animals being amazing – as they always are. I have said for some time that they exist to teach us to be better people. In my entire life, my dogs, for example, have been more than pets. They are part of my happy days; my challenging days, and sometimes it is by observing nature that I find the way out of many issues.
?
By not speaking, animals make us learn to observe them. To pay attention to their behavior and, through it, understand their desires, their fears, and their joys. This teaches us to “read” feelings, to be more connected with nature, with what really matters. And we take this into our lives, as we develop the ability to understand people too – they often don't know how to talk about their feelings either.

Inoar built its pillars based on respect for the lives of individuals, nature and animals. Many of the people who are part of our history identify with our philosophy. This company culture is something I'm proud to have built along with the products. And in one of our offices we take care of dogs rescued from the streets. Four healthy, trained animals that today have a full life and a certain future.
?
For me, their presence greatly contributes to the company's routine and is extremely beneficial to employees.
?
There are researches that prove that the interaction of human beings with animals is fundamental. Studies at the University of Azabu in Japan indicated that people who have contact with dogs release a higher level of oxytocin (also known as the love hormone) after interacting with them.
?
According to Forbes, a recent study conducted at Virginia Commonwealth University suggests that having animals in the workplace reduces stress for both dog owners and non-dog owners. The study was conducted at Replacements Ltd in Greensboro, North Carolina.
?
At Inoar we see this happening every day. Our dogs are the joy of the office and employees always find time to cuddle.
?
That's why today's guest to share a little about her trajectory at the company has everything to do with this topic.

Tell us about your beginning at Inoar?
?
It all started with a New Year's promise. You know those promises like “I'm going to lose weight, I'm going to exercise, and I’m going to work closer to home”? So... the last option worked.
I started 2015 looking for a new job, closer to home, so that I could have more free time and not spend hours in traffic. I sent my curriculum through Catho, to a position at Tabo?o da Serra. Coincidentally, I was also appointed to the board's secretary (Camila Muchine), by a mutual friend. Thus, I was hired after undergoing interviews and tests, with HR and the company's general director.
Over time, the other two secretaries took other paths and I stayed.
I met Ms. Innocence a few days later when she arrived from a trip to Peru. She was very nice, because she arrived telling her experiences from the trip.

- What are the challenges and lessons learned in your daily life?
?
My day to day is never the same, I can't complain about sameness. Over time, I left part of the routine to a new secretary and took on new responsibilities. I believe that my greatest learning during my time at Inoar was information management, that is, how to gather knowledge on a certain subject, organize and continue, so that this information is registered and useful in decision-making.

I am very proud of my profession, which I practice with a lot of love and dedication.
There is no better time, because every time my leadership demonstrates confidence in my work, that an activity is completed satisfactorily, I am very happy.

- What moment of your professional journey at Inoar do you take to life?
?
I learn a lot every day working at Inoar.
As that song by Ira says, so much "in my days of peace, in my days of struggle", I learned that listening is very important, that kindness is fundamental and that being able to work with canine friends is priceless. I love the respect that Inoar has for animals and this is a source of great pride for me.
