Telecom Italia (TIM) has started rolling out a new AI digital Assistant called Angie to resolve online queries affecting the company’s fixed line and TIMvision services. The Virtual Assistant features a comic book heroine called Angie and is designed to help customers more easily resolve common fiber and ADSL issues related to Internet browsing, phone calls and the company’s video-on-demand service.
