Anger is a reaction to an emotion, a reaction can change. Your Anger doesn't need to hurt people or yourself.
Anger is a natural and powerful emotion that everyone experiences from time to time. It can be triggered by frustration, disappointment, or perceived injustice. While anger itself is not necessarily harmful, uncontrolled and unchecked anger can lead to negative consequences for both individuals and those around them.
Anger can be of various types and on various levels. Learning to manage and control anger is essential for maintaining healthy relationships, mental well-being, and overall life satisfaction.

Anger as an emotion can sometimes be overwhelming and loud. If you are someone who experiences the emotion of Anger very frequently, you know how troublesome it is. A lot of times while we are experiencing it, we have a dry throat and a fast heartbeat. Even if you are someone who suppresses anger, your body feels it.
Here are some reactions that your body goes through when you experience anger.
Doesn't matter if your Anger is silent or loud, is still anger.
But what can we do? How do we change something that we have had for the last 25 years of our life? Below I'll give you the exact framework that has worked for many clients. If you can do this for yourself, I promise you will thank yourself.
