Anger and how to manage it better

An intense emotional state involving a strong uncomfortable and hostile response to a perceived provocation, hurt or threat

The solution to anger is nowhere outside. We looking for solutions outside but the solution entirely lies within us.

Anger most of the time comes from complaints and those complaints though seemingly are from others but they actually originate from within ourselves. We often complain about the government, economy, taxes, people, and more for our failure but we every realize before complaining that with the same set of situations there are people who have made it big and have been much bigger successes than one could ever imagine.

Constantly complaining about the issues around us shows how dissatisfied and how unworthy do we think we are from within. It is actually our inner self that is getting reflected outside.

Now let us dive deeper into the anger and find the actual cause of it. We as human beings tend to build desires from the outside world and not all desires get fulfilled. When we have these unfulfilled desires, we give birth to anger and that gets you to the wrong aspect of life.

???????????? ??????? ???????????????????????

?????????????? ?????????? ?????????????????????

Geeta Chapter 2, Verse 63

From anger there comes delusion; from delusion, the loss of memory; from the loss of memory, the destruction of discrimination; and with the destruction of discrimination, he is lost.

If we are somehow able to track back on the cause of anger after understanding the effects of anger as the prudent person we will make sure that the cause doesn’t repeat itself and that is what makes us a better human being.

So the next time before we get angry, if we can just close our eyes for 2 minutes and look back at the reasons for it, we can save on the huge damage that awaits as a result of getting angry.
