Hand of Kong

A new lift device, one we have dreamed of building something like this for years.

We are fitting a truly unique jib onto our 25 ton knuckle boom, onto the fly jib,a device that allows us to reach under and up into the underside of any structure.

We are turning our boom truck into a forklift that is able to lift from the ground, and articulate up, reach out under a roof, or thru a window or doorway, then elevate above the outside wall level and lifting, holding the object from the bottom; like a teacup in the palm of your hand; lift into place.

What gets extremely tricky here is that, this is a solid steel structure we are lifting with. It does not move, and no matter how precisely one places your crane, it will never be perfect, for more than one lift. You will always, and invariably be off, maybe just a tiny bit. But your off, you need to be able to Rotate the product.

We are lifting concrete soffit panels, 1500 lbs approx.

We will be able to lift, scope in and out, rotate, tip the product, up and down, and tilt approx 20 degrees of yaw from side to side; and as we have just found out; this tilt can be applied from any point on the structure. that cold be very handy. And we provide holding devices from the bottom.

We are in development now, will be operational and in action by mid week Nov 19, 18 and we pray it works as well as the optimism it was inspired from.
