Welcome to this edition of Andy's Monday Morning Message..... 1 month of 2018 is almost over....We all work so hard and we are all so dedicated to our careers that sometimes we need to step back and take a look at our overall lives. We must focus each and every week on the little things that make a difference both at work and at home. That is the point. We must make a difference at work AND at home. Let us never forget that we Work to Live not Live to Work! I also believe there is no try - you either DO or you DO NOT. We must make a commitment to our family and friends and non-work cares. We must make a commitment to the people we love. We must make a commitment to the people that love us. If we do not do this, then what is it all for?Priorities are the people and things we place value on. What are yours? Decide. Commit. DO.
