Andy Savva

So..last night at 9.30pm I had one of those thoughts, had I worked out some costings correctly? So I messaged someone who I knew would have the answer. I apologised for my cheek hoping for an answer sometime today (Tuesday 30th June 2020). The reply I received took me totally by surprise (although in retrospect it shouldn't have). The reply was 'I'll give you a call around 8.15am tomorrow and I'll go through it with you', 'No problem, thank you' I replied. Two minutes later I got another message 'I may be able to call you in 15 if that's OK'. 15 Minutes later I was having a video call with the Legend that is Andy Savva aka The Garage Inspector. Andy went through my query with me, comprehensively, giving me some great advise along the way. What I haven't told you is, at present I am not enrolled on any of Andy's wonderful courses, Andy had no reason to even reply to my original message. The reason Andy did what he did is because he is dedicated to raising the standards within the Automotive repair sector (especially within the independent Garage community) this is what drives him along with knowing he makes a massive difference to those who participate on his courses. Andy treated me as though I was a long lost friend, and for that I will be eternally grateful. To chat with me until gone 11pm, sharing your knowledge and reinforcing mine was going well and truly above and beyond. Andy Savva, you are a true Gentleman and someone I would like to think of as a friend, you are a credit to our Industry and I just know the more people who enrol on your courses and 'tap' into your knowledge and understanding of our industry the better it will become.
