Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to build and maintain high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development, a passion for creating seamless user experiences, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Java/Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create intuitive and responsive mobile applications.
• Implement and optimize UI/UX designs to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Integrate with backend services and APIs to support app functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure application stability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and incorporate them into the development process.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers when needed.
• Work in an agile environment and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Android Developer with a strong portfolio of Android applications.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin, and experience with Android SDK and Android Studio.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and services.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
• Experience with unit testing and debugging Android applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with modern Android libraries and frameworks (e.g., Jetpack, Dagger, RxJava).
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• Experience with cross-platform development tools (e.g., Flutter, React Native).
• Familiarity with cloud services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Firebase).
