Andover Properties Completes Expansions

Andover Properties, LLC (dba Storage King USA) has recently opened expansions on three of its facilities, two in Florida and one in Mississippi.The first expansion, to its Spring Hill, FL property, consisted of a 55,000 mainly climate-controlled expansion, as well as an additional 72,000 square feet of flex space, enclosed and covered RV parking. Andover also expanded its Polk City, FL property, adding 27,300 square feet of climate control and drive up units, 63,200 square feet of covered and open boat and RV parking as well as over 6,000 square feet of flex space. Lastly, Andover has also expanded its Ocean Spring, MS facility by adding 40,000 square feet of climate control and 35,400 square feet of covered and open RV parking.
