Anderol appoints FRAGOL AG as their exclusive distribution partner for the Netherlands. For over 80 years, Anderol has been a reputable manufacturer and developer of high-performance speciality lubricants, catering to customers in more than 50 countries. Fragol AG specialises in high-quality compressor and vacuum pump oils, lubricants for the food industry and heat transfer fluids.
Tom Kleinschmidt, Managing Director of Anderol BV and Rob Heffels, Technical Consulting Lubricants from Fragol AG join us to discuss their new partnership.
Can you provide more details about this exclusive distribution agreement and how it will benefit both companies?

We select all our distributors carefully. Our focus is top-notch products, and excellent customer service in a responsible way towards the planet. We are pleased to announce FRAGOL AG as our exclusive distributor for the Netherlands- our compatible business philosophy has already demonstrated a successful partnership in Germany and Austria since 2008.

As Tom says, our partnership with Anderol over the last 15 years and the distribution of high-quality Anderol products in Austria and Germany is a real success story. It's great to see this partnership expanding to the Netherlands. Can you explain how this collaboration will enhance the availability and accessibility of Anderol's speciality lubricants to customers in the region?
Anderol/Tom Kleinschmidt: We have earned the confidence of our customers due to our technical service and emphasis on R&D. We continue to launch new products and customise solutions- our lubricants can run four times as long and reduce waste significantly. FRAGOL′s experienced Dutch-speaking technical and sales backed by commendable experience are well-positioned to serve customers in the Netherlands.
FRAGOL/Rob Heffels: FRAGOL has always had a great affinity towards the Netherlands. And of course, being a “Nederlander” myself, I am very much looking forward to working in my home country's market. Also, 20% of my colleagues at FRAGOL have Dutch language skills.?

The fact that our warehouse is only 40 kms from the Dutch border offers us excellent conditions. The transport routes to most of our German and Austrian customers are much longer.?
Can you share any specific goals or objectives that both Anderol BV and Fragol AG hope to achieve through this partnership?
Anderol/Tom Kleinschmidt: We want to offer a comprehensive range of high-performance speciality lubricants and reduce waste & and ownership costs of lubricated machinery in the food and industrial sector to the Netherlands.
Safety is one of our core values- Anderol? NSF H1 approved food grade lubricants meet all HACCP requirements. Our food products are produced under particular food ISO norm 21469 and we are Halal and Kosher audited annually. We keep stringent standards to have all necessary approvals and registrations and consistently deliver high quality to our customers.
