The cornerstone of my practice has been mindfulness, a tool that has allowed me to become acutely aware of the present moment without judgment. This awareness has been the first step towards understanding the transient nature of my emotions and thoughts. By observing them as they arise and pass, I've learned that I am not my emotions; rather, I am the observer. This realization has been pivotal in maintaining my composure
Meditation has served as a powerful ally in this quest, offering a sanctuary for reflection and growth. Through regular practice, I've noticed a significant shift in my reactions to external events. Where once I might have responded with frustration or anger, I now find a space within me for patience and understanding. This transformation was not overnight but a gradual process, cultivated with patience and persistence.
