Can you magine a life without hope – abandoned in a stormy sea, tossed by every wave of doubt and fear? NOT FOR US!!

Hebrews 6:19 gives a beautiful picture of hope as our anchor, firm and secure, holding us steady even in life’s roughest storms.

This hope isn’t just wishful thinking. It’s God's verdict concerning us! A confident expectation, rooted in the promises of God. It’s the belief that GOD IS WHO HE SAYS HE IS – our faithful Father, who will see us through everything.

This sturdy anchor is crafted from an unshakeable hope - the confidence that our Savior, Jesus Christ will remain faithful no matter how violently circumstances batter us. His love will not waver. His purposes will not drift. His grace will not run out. He is our sheltering harbor and steadfast seawall when life's tsunamis crash toward us.

So let us, cling fiercely to our anchor of hope! Let it hold our faith firmly in place when doubts tries to creep in. We must stay tied to the promises of Scripture when confusion roars in your ears. Let our anchor keep us securely connected to Christ as the ONLY TRUE SECURITY for our struggling soul in the storm.

Today, reflect on that time/s when hope helped you through a challenging situation. Play it like a movie for yourself and keep watching it, for a better you. Finally, also write it down as a reminder of God’s faithfulness. Amen.

3) Almighty God, I anchor myself to Your promises today. Lead me through every roughness of life and into the peaceful harbors of Your love, In Jesus Christ's Name, amen.
