The Anatomy of Success and the Mindset it Takes.

The Anatomy of Success and the Mindset it Takes.

Looking at the anatomy of success is a quite an interesting philosophical topic, as successful people are diverse in many ways. From genetics to environmental exposures and everything in between, there is no perfect recipe that will fit everyone; this makes each personal situation interesting. Each person needs a specific program and or recipe that they can use to combat as well as complement their situation. This can explain the reasoning behind why we do not understand the success of some people which may be a statistical anomaly. We will look at the skillsets and perspectives that successful people seem to carry intrinsically within themselves. As well, we will look at how those internal mechanisms assist people in their personal development and path to success while faced with unfortunate circumstances or odds. So how, how do some people come from less than nothing and make success look like nothing more than a natural part of what they do and who they are?

Let's dive in.

Lets answer these thought-provoking questions before getting started.

  • What is success?
  • What does success look like for me?
  • How am I going to succeed?
  • What am I willing to sacrifice to succeed?
  • If I succeed what happens next?
  • What recipe do I need for success?

Success looks different for everyone, isn't that right? Some may answer that success is no longer having their home bombed by rockets, maybe making it out of the human trafficking cycle, being able to simply feed their families or possibly beating mental health and addiction. For others, success is becoming a founder of a Fortune 500 company or starting up the next Tesla. The background of the subjects holds significant weight to the reality of what people believe they are able to accomplish, as accessible resources they have access to play a vital role. This holds true as the perception of success is contingent on the resources people have to work with on their journey. This is why a big part of humanity is dedicated to educating our communities and providing access to basic information and opportunities.

Prison Yoga WIth The Human Kindess Foundation

The importance of readily available resources being the key to success is not as important as teaching people the mindset to seek and obtain resources. This is the same logic as teaching people the importance of drinking water to only have them being dependent on you, rather than teaching how to find water and be dependent on oneself. There is a reason so many are asleep and not rich in resources, and much of that falls on the inability to know there is a way out of the matrix. Let's dig into the perspectives and motivations of what makes such a driven, resilient, and successful individual. In the prison photo above, a prison yoga program was initiated by Bo Lozoff and The Human Kindness Foundation to allow prisoners to learn interpersonal dynamics.

Prisoner of Our Mind Due to Lack of Education

I personally believe it is the mind and perspective that sets us apart.

This nature vs nurture debate can be battled for years to come and it is proven that both play a role. So let's dig into some techniques that can be used for everyone that can be rocket fuel in your daily life.

The basis of my personal experience and psychology studies have afforded me the knowledge and wisdom of the following.

The subconscious mind controls and knowing how to reprogram this HD is critical to success and overcoming experiences that could otherwise be life-altering. What we take in and how we address ourselves mentally via self-talk is foundational.

Here are some basic tools that can be used for your internal success.

  • Be willing to sacrifice what you have and the people in your life for success.
  • Learn CBT and DBT techniques." Cognitive & Dialectic behavioral therapies.
  • Self talk is key on a daily basis. It is believed that self talk using "We" rather than "I" can be more beneficial for confidence building. Try this out.
  • Using visualization techniques to focus on where you will be not where you want to be. "Laws of Attraction"
  • Learn deeper levels of consciousness and connect with yourself.
  • Use lots of I and we statements, We got this, I am worth it, I will make it.
  • Education and self-work is the key to freedom and that takes years of work for some of us.
  • Learn and live with integrity, honesty, and with pride.
  • Surround yourself with whom you want to be like.
  • Stop caring what others think especially toxic ones around you.
  • Your gratitude reflects in your attitude. Attitude is everything.

It Is Just an Illusion

Alan watts a great philosopher stated, "Everyone wants to arrive at the destination, on a plane, a career or a financial goal, we all rush to the destination and in fact, we completely miss the journey."

A major life lesson I learned over time, experience, and a lot of pain was that your uniqueness is the gold within you. Mass programming is working on many and that programming is made to bury that uniqueness and make you a walking robot in this new transhumanistic agenda. Do not let it win, be yourself.

My triple E Model to Educate, Empower and Encourage, is the philosophy that I live by. Teaching and educating people that individual and interpersonal success is attainable can be the start of greatness.

I challenge you today to unplug from the matrix for only an hour a day, sit back, relax, light a candle grab a book or some healing frequencies online, and begin the amazing journey of reprograming your subconscious to levels of positive abundance.

Well written indeed, thing that is missing is character value of 100% honesty - that doesn't mean being truthful to everyone but being insanely honest with oneself, that leads to pin pointing your own flaws rather than blaming it on external factors (like competition, money, parents, resources, unfair systems), followed by total self-acceptance and working on those weaknesses (like missing skills, inadequate research, detailed planning, precise execution, team management, toxic company, lack of risk taking courage, procrastination, easy excuses etc etc) in the face of heart wrenching failures in the pursuit of excellence/success that you wrote about. Most people fail at being honest with themselves take easy excuses to look the other way, n so can't figure out and work on themselves, which is stopping them daily and continuously with each attempt, making them depleted of resources, and eventually they lose out on their higher goal n accept that they can't do it rather than accepting themselves for their flaws. it takes guts to do that kinda insane self reflection.

Great article! I shared it as well.

"Be willing to sacrifice what you have and the people in your life for success." I'm not willing to sacrifice the people in my life for success. My family is not a pawn to be sacrificed on the chess board of life.? My success exists for my and their benefit. "It is believed that self talk using "We" rather than "I" can be more beneficial for confidence building. ' We are the Borg.?You will be assimilated. Nope.?Doesn't work. Also, this contradicts the previous statement.??If I sacrificed the people in my life for success, I'm all alone. So who's the "we"? "Education and self work is the key to freedom" Not if the catch-22 is enforced. "Surround yourself with who you want to be like." This contradicts the previous statement.??If I sacrificed the people in my life for success, I'm all alone
