30 year infertile nullipara

1st step : sclerotherapy of a 10 cm endometrioma of the left ovary (not shown in this movie)

2nd step: excision of the left parametrium until the pelvic wall, dissection of sacral plexus, sciatic and obturatory nerves, bladder and vaginal resection, ureterolysis and preimplantation of the left ureter into the bladder. Left kidney residual function = 20%
