1. Recognize that overthinking is a problem.
We often overthink because we are afraid of failure or have a perfectionist mindset. This problem is common among people who have a lot of experience with decision-making. Recruiters are especially susceptible to this problem because they constantly make decisions about other people.
Overthinking can lead to missing out on opportunities, second-guessing yourself, and feeling stressed out. 1 年Great read. I’m guilty at times of overthinking. It leads me into a rabbit hole where I don’t want to go. But trusting your skills and understanding what you been taught reduces overthinking. Trust your process!
