Analysis for moving to the cloud - preferrably Azure

I've had a small reminder today from a partner asking me "Does Microsoft have any tools to analyse customer environments for moving to the cloud"?. The short answer is YES

Microsoft Assessment and Planning (MAP) Toolkit ( https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/solutionaccelerators/dd537566 ) is a free download tool that customers and partners can use to gather system & application level data to determine their suitability for cloud as well as properly size the systems in Azure. This is a great tool for getting started with any project and can help customers and partners get the necessary data to develop technical sgtrategies for moving to any cloud, but especially good with Azure.

Microsoft makes many of these "Solution Accelerators" that can be very useful and the best thing is they are free. Why pay for 3rd party tools when you can get these by just a single download.
