Analysis of Kamala's Outreach to Black Men in America

As a black male, I thought analyzing Kamala's plan to energize black males publicly would be beneficial. However, mainstream media is likely to ignore this topic.
1 million fully forgivable loans of up to $20,000 for Black business owners and others looking to start businesses.
Do black Americans need forgivable loans or the ability to start a business without having a lot of government bureaucracy in the way and a more specific way of getting business from a diverse set of customers? Imagine if I wanted to open a Black Owned BBQ shop in the center of Hartford, Connecticut, or in the South Bronx; how would I encourage rich upper-class individuals to patronize my business frequently? Businesses participate in an ecosystem that requires prosperity for all Americans to have disposable income to spend. Starting a business when many Americans are too much in debt to spend anything will only exacerbate the disparity of failure.
If large, historically successful businesses are going out of business, how would this help them? If logic were to suggest that starting a company based on a franchise, say a Subway or McDonald's, requires way more capital than $20,000, that amount might be too little even to make a dent.
A national initiative to focus on Black men’s disparate health outcomes.
Do we understand why healthcare is so poor in Black communities? Does this not require acknowledging a profound shortage of Primary Care Physicians in urban areas? As a Black American who has been challenged with healthcare issues over the last year, I can speak firsthand to the difficulty in finding a PCP who is in the same network as my cardiologist and Kidney doctor. Do I need an initiative to encourage the University of Connecticut Health System to open a slot for me, or do we need more doctors?
More investment in education, mentorship and training programs designed to funnel Black men into good-paying, high-demand jobs in fields where they are underrepresented and desperately needed, like teaching.
As a currently unemployed Black Male, do I need more education or do I need to be introduced directly to senior-level leadership that will make a solid commitment to hire and retain my skills for years to come? If Black males are underrepresented, do we dare ask what common human resource practices filter them out from getting access to good high paying jobs?
Legalizing recreational marijuana and creating opportunities for Black entrepreneurs in this budding industry.
This initiative is offensive to me as it implies that only Black males smoke weed when reality suggests that people of all races enjoy smoking. The more significant challenge is that law enforcement is not as aggressive in non-black communities when it comes to seeking out drugs or other illegal activities. Is that a skills gap in law enforcement that needs to be solved, or is something else at play?
Conclusion
Kamala's agenda for black males is epic liberal bullshit and needs to be called out for its pandering nature. If we truly want black lives to matter, we must create genuine economic opportunity for all, reform and eliminate the ability of corporations to hide behind laws that protect them, call out law firms that defend these corporations in lawsuits and work towards leaving no stone unturned when it comes to liberty and justice for all...
