(3) Insufficient heat at both ends of the corrugated roller;

(4) Insufficient tile paper strength;

(5) Uneven tension at both ends of the tile paper;

(6) There are debris and other debris in the vacuum panel

Solution:

(1) Adjust the two tile rollers to be parallel;

(2) Replace the corrugated roller;

(3) Adjust and increase the balance temperature of the tile roller;

(4) Tighten the shoe brake gate valve;

(5) Replace the tile paper;

(6) Check the sealing condition of the vacuum suction plate, replace the seals, gaskets, fastening screws, and clean up the clogged holes or paper scraps in the vacuum plate.
