There's a few workflows that I feel as being essential to manage your database in HubSpot.

Here's 5 of them:

- Delete Hard Bounces

- Delete Inactive Contacts

- Mark unsubscribes as non-marketing contacts

- Set Country Value

- Set Lead Lifecycle Stage

I can think of others as being super important too, like lead assignment, internal notifications, nurtures, deal stages updates, etc.
