THE SHOWROOM
John, the showroom manager, scanned the floor. He spotted a woman, casually dressed, browsing alone. John recognized this as a potential customer – she was clearly looking for a car!
Mark, the salesperson, stood glued to his phone, oblivious. John's brow furrowed. "Mark!" he hissed, his voice low. Startled, Mark glanced up, phone still clutched. The woman's gaze flickered towards them, then back to the cars. John felt a pang of frustration. John approached her himself. "Hello," he smiled warmly, extending his hand. "I'm John, the sales manager. Welcome to Silverline Auto." "You are?" she replied. "My name is Amelia." "Hi Amelia, can I assist you in any way?"
Amelia met his smile. "I'm just looking, actually," she said, her voice soft. "Considering a new car, but haven't settled on anything yet."
"Of course!" John nodded. "Well, you've come to the right place! We have a diverse range of vehicles to suit every need and budget. Would you like me to show you around?"
After discussing Amelia's needs and preferences, she left the dealership two hours later with a smile and the keys to her dream car. John assigned the deal to Emily, a new salesperson, and sent Mark home for the rest of the day.
