We were asked to complete a CCTV Upgrade for a customer in Hertfordshire. The customer was recommended to us after carrying out some research online.

The owner had previously installed a DIY CCTV system purchased from Maplin which was sold as ‘HD’ – however this system was simply a so called 1000TVL system that operates on 960H. This would have been the equivalent of our ‘entry‘ level system. The customer wanted full HD coverage using the existing cabling. However in inspecting the cables in this particular scenario, it was recommended that new cable was run in a much more professional manner than what had been previously done.

We recommended our popular selling Analogue HD system that is also known as the Hikvision Turbo HD system. This means that we can push a full 1080p HD signal using a coaxial cable. The results are absolutely amazing as can be seen below.
