Last week, our CEO, Ana Fisher , and our President, Edwin Fisher , hosted our first Vivid Vision meeting at our company. During this session, we outlined our core values, company culture, our priorities, our focus on customers, relationship views, and our commitment to giving back. We are excited to share these important aspects with you.


Core Values:

Company Culture:

Our competitive edge lies in tackling challenges as a unified team. We are a group of talented individuals working collaboratively on complex problems. We foster an open environment that encourages team members to approach one another for support and enhancement of their problem-solving skills. Our workplace is built on the principle of treating others as we would like to be treated. We are tenaciously driven to overcome obstacles, always hungry to solve the next problem. We consider ourselves team members, not just "employees." Like a sports team, we ensure top talent is in the right position to accomplish tasks and achieve victories.

  • We serve various government agencies across the USA, spanning multiple departments.
  • We secure Blanket Ordering Agreements (BOA), Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA), and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.
  • We form partnerships with large prime contractors, supporting their ongoing projects.
  • We actively engage in finding the mentor-protégé program with a larger prime contractor.
  • We strive to be strategic partners to our clients, going beyond being a regular supplier.

Relationships:

We nurture diverse relationships within our business ecosystem. Our vendors and manufacturers trust us for our deep understanding of their products, allowing us to serve our customers effectively. Our federal clients see us as more than just a vendor; they perceive us as partners working together to identify solutions that align with their objectives, goals, and mission.


Giving Back to the Community:

Annually, we allocate a percentage of our profits to non-profit organizations. Additionally, we proudly support the Wounded Warrior Project as a corporate sponsor.
