The proposed development includes suites of multiple sizes ranging from 2,100 SF to 10,200 SF of office and retail located near the heart of Downtown Winter Garden in close proximity to the West Orange Trail and the 429. The development includes a 3,125 SF space to feature a restaurant concept.??

The building, 996 E. Plant St, Winter Garden, FL has approvals underway for groundbreaking to commence. As such, we are now pre-leasing for suitable tenants with retail, office, restaurant opportunities as well as health, lifestyle, fitness, and other retail businesses.
