#AmungoDesign 5MP Video Sensor

The imaging module OV5640SER designed for use with DSP/FPGA development boards. 

The module is designed based on the OmniVision OV5640 5 megapixel (MP) color image sensor, which provides common video streaming formats such as 1080p (at 30 frames per second) and 720p (at 60 frames per second).

Data is transferred over a dual-lane MIPI CSI-2 interface to the Serializer DS90UB953 and then, over the coaxial cable SMA connector, to Deserializer on DSP/FPGA module (it will be developed next time).

The module is powered through the coaxial cable (PoC). 

The module PCB dimensions are 23x30x1.5 mm

The OV5640SER comes with a factory-installed fixed focus lens with M12 lens mount, so it is ready to use out of the box.
