ANNOUNCEMENT: BONUS TIME

Starting this month, AMTR has introduced a new bonus scheme for all employees. This points-based system rewards work performance, professionalism, and initiative. The primary criteria for earning points include demonstrating exceptional work performance, maintaining high levels of professionalism, and showing initiative. While there are demerits, we are confident that our exceptional teams will shine and avoid these. This new bonus scheme is a testament to our commitment to recognizing and rewarding the hard work and dedication of our employees.

EXCITING NEW PROJECTS

We are thrilled to announce several new projects that underscore our growing reputation in the industry. One notable project involves the measurement of approximately 10 Toyota fixtures to ensure quality in their production line. This collaboration is a significant step in strengthening our partnership with Toyota and enhancing their production processes. Additionally, we have enrolled as a service supplier at BMW. Being recognized by two of the biggest automotive companies in the world underscores our capabilities and has generated great excitement within our team. These partnerships not only validate our expertise but also open new avenues for growth and innovation.

TSSA TEAM UPDATES

Our TSSA teams have faced some delays due to a strike in the Ford area of Silverton, affecting their schedules. Despite these challenges, we remain in full support of our teams and their commitment to excellence. More TSSA fixtures are being delivered to our Centurion facility, where they will undergo necessary modifications to meet our high standards. This temporary setback has not deterred our teams; instead, it has strengthened our resolve to deliver quality and timely solutions to our clients.

PROJECTS IN PROGRESS

In addition to our ongoing projects with Toyota and BMW, we are also working on fixtures for the Motherson Group in Rosslyn. This project involves creating customized fixtures that meet the specific needs of Motherson Group, further demonstrating our versatility and commitment to client satisfaction. As we continue to support the automotive industry, AMTR's growth has been remarkable. We've reached the halfway mark of the year, and there is no slowing down for anyone at AMTR. Our continuous efforts in innovation and quality assurance keep us moving forward, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.
