Back in the fall of 2016, Employers Logic reached out to Chris Chancey of Amplio Recruiting who at the time was primarily focused on recruiting and executive placement. Employers Logic's timely connection had caught Chris at a crossroad where he had been approached by a client seeking a number of temporary employees but was not sure how to take advantage of this new cash flowing opportunity.
After some brief conversations and correspondence with Employers Logic, Chris found himself with a back-office system that provided worker's compensation, payroll processing, billing, and nonrecourse funding for all his new staffing opportunities.
Amplio had transformed its business model in under a month and started a truly unique staffing model that utilized a great resource of local refugees in the greater Atlanta area. This new pool of employees came with job skills training and a passion for going after the American dream. Due to his passion for this new workforce, Chris was soon looking for more opportunities to make placements in the greater Atlanta area.
In under 36 months of operating under the new Amplio model, Chris has been able to open new offices in Dallas, Raleigh, and Houston. Each of these new locations is doing the same as Atlanta in that they utilize the local refugee population and networking to the local market to create a true win-win for all involved.
