Money20/20 is the world's largest payments conference, where the most powerful conversations and connections happen in real time. Once a year, for four days, global leaders and scrappy startup founders descend upon Vegas to gather as a community to connect and converse, to lean in and learn.

A couple of years ago, Money 20/20 leadership introduced "Amplify," a program or a first step in helping the industry achieve its full potential and sparking an industry-wide diversity and inclusion movement. An agent of change for the wider fintech and financial services landscape. Through the four-day, curated program, the goal was to increase visibility and cultivate unparalleled connections for black, brown, and people of color within financial services.

The program offered exclusive access to forward-thinking leaders and idea-sharing conversations. To build connections, establishing genuine networks that fostered solid business relationships. The leadership development: business/leadership coaching sessions were specifically tailored for the cohort.
