This week was the official launch of Amplify Academy!
We all know how difficult the role of HR and people practitioners is today. My aim with the Academy is to build something different to support you through all these changes. This is a platform focused on the challenges of today and tomorrow, not just iterating yesterday’s solutions.
The Academy is not just for learning, but for learning coupled with a community of peers around the globe striving to build a better world of work. Growing together. Supporting and inspiring each other. That’s what you’ll experience in this new platform.
The Amplify Academy is built from the ground up to help people leaders efficiently and effectively connect with diverse learning needs for today and tomorrow.
The new Amplify Learning Lab, part of the Learn subscription, provides you with highly curated resources, exclusive content, courses and a community designed to help people leaders effectively support your organization — and each other.
The Amplify Academy Cohorts, which are four-week peer learning and leadership development programs, are now part of the Grow subscription, which includes one year of access to the new Learning Lab and the Academy Community in Slack.

I'm just returning from a two-week European vacation with my family, so I haven't been curating content for the digest while I'm away. I'll be back with the regular weekly programming next week.

Twelve is a new kind of chemical company built for the climate era. Our breakthrough technology eliminates emissions by turning CO2 into essential products. We are a team of scientists, engineers and problem solvers on a mission to fundamentally shift the way the world addresses climate change and lead the transition to a fossil-free future with our carbon transformation technology.
Our People Team is composed of HR and talent acquisition professionals, and our chief people officer will oversee both. Currently, these teams are about 15 people and growing. Twelve is building an organization that mirrors the future we want to live in: motivated to become fossil-free, optimistic that we can do this if we all work together, inclusive of diverse backgrounds and experiences, uniting to build a first-of-its-kind system. As our chief people officer, you will take ownership over continuing to build a team and culture representative of these values.
