Amit Is 27 years old, and she lives in Givatayim, near Tel-Aviv Yafo, in Israel.?

For almost seven years, she worked for?Gulliver Group (Digital Ventures & Investments).

She will soon complete her BA degree in communication and psychology at the Open University in Israel from an academic standpoint.

She represents an exciting type of professional because, as a young manager, she scaled the Gulliver group's corporate ladder. Over the last year, she has been the business manager of?Travelist, a Metasearch website, one of Gulliver Group's (Digital Ventures & Investments) brands.??

Gulliver group is an innovation group that operates in the tourism & traveling industry. More specifically, the company owns or partnered to form different top-rated brands in the Israeli tourism scene: Hulyo (last minute flights), Gulliver Tourism,?Shufersal?travel (as a joint venture), Hidden flight.

She additionally explained her career journey in the company, as she started as a young customer service agent, and everyone was telling her, "You look very fragile. If you can manage to complete a hard task, it will be a miracle! good luck!", but this didn't stop her.?

In the end, she proved everybody wrong as she was able to work during the pandemic. Throughout the challenging period, she supported the company, making her a young and successful manager. This makes her a "Gulliver loyalist."?

We also discussed the pandemic effects on the traveling industry, the current Russia-Ukraine war that is influencing travel, and the crisis of?EL AL Israel Airlines?during the pandemic. Also, the importance of degrees in professional careers, the Gulf Countries opening themselves to Israel and traveling more in general.

As we got closer to the end of the interview, I had the chance to ask her a few more questions related to potentially opening a blog, her passions, and her personal life.

We could learn from her that we can endure even in the most challenging situations by putting in the right amount of effort.
