I have fond memories of growing up in Northern Indiana. There was a large Amish / Mennonite community. Our eggs, milk, and bread were delivered weekly by horse and buggy to the back door of our house. This Amish Country Casserole embodies midwestern cooking. It's rich and creamy and low on spices. This is the ultimate potluck dinner. Here is the recipe.
