Amino Acids, not just for weightlifters.

In the 1970s, when I was competing heavily in powerlfting, one of my secrets was consuming large amounts of protein and amino acid supplements.

I was able to lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks or less with virtually no loss in strength. And even when I was not trying to cut weight, I would consume high quantities of protein and amino acids for continued strength and muscle gains.

Today, I no longer compete, but as a 72 yr old, and everyone especially over 60 and especially over 70 needs amino acids. Not to build build muscles or push record breaking bench presses, but for health.

Rod from Lake Mary, FL, a client of mine, has been using the Lean Pak program from Live Good since January. He couldn't lose weight before, now his Body Mass Index (BMI) has dropped from the mid 30s to 29 and he has lost 4 inches off his waist while shaping up all over and perhaps most significantly has kicked the soda habit since drinking the Essential Amino Acids. Loves the delicious fruit punch and lemon lime flavor.

Take a few minutes and watch the short video. See why Amino Acids are essential, as essential as any other supplement. If you have never heard of sarcopenia, watch and learn from Dr. Ryan and Lisa.
