American War Hero's Wife Deported

THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO DR DALE COMSTOCK AND HIS WIFE!

CBP Incident – On July 19th 2022 as they were going through CBP-LAX immigration checkpoint Sari (Tiara) was pulled into secondary. After about an hour with the CBP Officers, the CBP Officers asked Dale to provided evidence that Sari had medical appointments and cancer treatments. After providing evidence they said they would continue to interview her and in 2-3 hours they would call Dale with updates.

CBP Officers said that she overstayed her last visit. She was on a 5-year multiple entry Visa. Neither Dale nor Sari were aware that the limit for each visit was 6 months. They assumed they could come and go for five years as they waited for her green card to process. [NOTE: Dale, author of American Bad Ass, was targeted for assassination by the Obama Administration. This is why he lives in Mali.]

Dale waited in the baggage claim area for 24 hours without sleep or food waiting for notification from CBP that never came.

After 12 hours he began soliciting help from friends in the CBP, Senator Marco Rubio, Congressman Dunn, and many others to get in contact with the CBP that did not provide their contact info. Dale encountered an off-duty CBP Officer that recognized him. The Officer went to find answers for Sari’s status and within 3 minutes he came back and said that she was being removed from the US.

Dale found the number for the watch supervisor and called him only to be rebuffed and told Sari would be sent back. Dale explained that she had less than $7 in her wallet no credit card or phone charger for all this was in his possession. He was told he cannot talk to or see her and that this matter didn’t concern him because she is an “adult.” [As next-of-kin and an American citizen, the CPD supervisor was going far beyond his authority denying rights to a sick wife. The sad truth is that if you are in the country illegally (e.g. on an expired visa, or you entered the US unlawfully), you can be deported regardless of your familial ties to US citizens. If you are detained by?ICE, the agents should consider factors such as how long you have been in the country, whether or not you initially entered the country legally, your criminal background, and your family ties to US citizens or green card holders, but none of these positive factors can guarantee that you will not be deported. At 0200 on 20 July 2022, the officer conducting an interview told Sari to just answer “Yes” to the questions because Sari said she didn’t understand them. She started crying as she was thinking about her husband – knowing he had not left despite the CBP’s assertion that he already went to Florida. She told the Officer that her husband was a soldier and would never leave her behind…she was right. The officer discretely took her to an area where she could make a two-minute supervised phone call on speaker phone. She told Sari not to cry otherwise she would take the phone. In the conversion the CBP Officer said to “tell him it’s only a 90-day restriction from reapplying for a visa, because he is a veteran.” Dale heard it and Sari repeated her words to make sure he understood. Dale has phone logs from T-mobile to verify the call was initiated by Sari at 02:29 on 20 July.

During the interview all of Sari’s “NO” answers were marked “YES” and all her responses where she didn’t understand the questions was marked in the Affirmative that she did understand. [This is in direct violation of the Brady Rule (https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/brady_rule) where a government agent cannot submit false or incomplete evidence in any legal matter prior to reaching an actionable decision.)

The documents that are in Sari’s possession state that she has a three-year ban and she agreed to that final judgement. Not true! [Again, violation of individual rights and Brady Rule. The supervisor can be fired and banned from serving in any LE position for life.]

Congressman Dunn’s office tried to intercede and arrange handoff of money, credit card, and phone charger, and to update Dale. They never accommodated Dale or his wife.

Dale would never have been informed that his wife was already boarding a flight if United airlines hadn’t sent a text that it was time board. It was then he realized she was being shipped out and attempted to call her repeatedly. Sari pleaded with the escorting officers to let her answer the ringing phone and they denied her to the point other passengers got involved and demanded they let her speak to her husband. Denied. [Violation of civil rights.]

The next time Dale spoke to his wife was when she called him from Tokyo. She told him what happened to her in detention – the abusive language, intimidation, manhandling, bullying etc. [Law enforcement brutality especially if she requested legal and/or language assistance.]

The disrespect shown to a couple – an Asian Muslim Woman and a highly decorated American Combat Veteran that they acknowledged from his Public Figure status – that went through immigration process legally as proscribed by the Government were treated worse than those crossing the southern border and getting government health care, money, and free transportation to settle in America.

The following points highlight the treatment they received:

o “I know you’re just trying to sneak in to get some work. I’m tired of you people wasting my time.” [Racial discrimination]

o Admonished her for not properly wearing a mask when none of the officers wore masks. (Masks tend to dehumanize the victim to the aggressor and the victim) [Again, racial and religious discrimination.]

o Asserted (lied) and told Sari that Dale had already left for Florida.

o Aggressively manhandled Sari during a body search to include the officer raising her voice and demanding Sari “Spread her legs.” In the search Sari’s DOD Dependent ID card was discovered and the insinuation was that it was fake, and Sari was perhaps carrying falsified documents for nefarious purposes. [If they removed the DoD ID card they are in direct violation of federal law (Title 18, U.S. Code Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701,)]

o After not being able to talk to other detainees, Sari decided she had nothing left to lose and then spoke to an elderly woman from Hong Kong that was undergoing cancer treatment and who also overstayed her visa during treatment – She was also banned…for five years. [A?law?enforcement?officer rendering emergency aid to ill, injured, or distressed persons on-duty or acting in a?law?enforcement?capacity while off-duty is acting within the scope of his or her employment. The liability of the officer and his or her employing agency would, therefore, be subject to the terms and limitations of s. 768.28, F.S.]

o The names of the people on the final documents that conducted the interviews and searches are not the same people, Sari remembered their names and descriptions. Officers were using other names instead of actual names of the officers that conducted the activity to include the final interview. [Again Brady Rule violation]

o They classified Sari on the documents as INA 2126AI (Intended immigrant) that means she was intending to remain in the US illegally and not return to her homeland. None of that is supported with her historical travel history back and forth to the US. Sari had children and a home in Bali. She has assets and a service company with renewed and ongoing contracts with Marriot Hotels and other clients that has been tendered to her and her company.

o All the proof of her medical conditions, future appointments, lawsuits etc. were available but never request or considered. [Again Brady Rule violation]

I think it’s important to note:

From the outset Dale and Sari admitted they did not know Sari was an “overstay.” It was a harmless mistake. Had they known, why would they have comeback after several previous visits? Sari is an Asian Muslim woman that paid all the required money to process visa applications, marriage visa, green card, which took an inordinate amount of time to do, just to “sneak” into the country and overstay???

Why would they disrespect Dale, twice decorated combat veteran and public figure, by not responsibly and professionally keep him apprised of his wife’s status?

Why did they put her on an airplane with no money (her money that Dale was holding), suitcase and phone charger to keep her means for communication alive and means to support herself when she is deposited in Jakarta and needs to travel onward to Bali: yet the USG allows millions of illegal aliens to cross the border, receive medical care, communications, transportation, and appointments with Immigration Judges when they never paid for or conducted the formal paperwork to enter legally like Dale and Sari?

Are these civil rights violations for an American citizen-veteran and his bride – denying them to speak to each other - to ensure Sari’s welfare was attended to by Dale?

Everyone complained about families separated at the Southern border; yet we allow Americans to be separated from their families and not have any communication with them – quietly whisking them away on airplane without informing their family?

Are we going to accept falsified documents from LE because they are too lazy to do the work?

This should concern the left and the right. This is an American problem and if you think this how we should be treated, then you’re part of the problem.

Please spread this story far and wide.
