America, a Nation Built on Laws

What is the “Rule of Law”??By definition, the Rule of Law is “the restriction of the arbitrary exercise of power by subordinating it to well-defined and established laws.”?Another words, individuals do not get to “make up” laws as they go but must have consensus (elected representative Government) in a bipartisan agreement write the laws.

What are the 5 principles that define the rule of law??The 5 principles are that it requires measures to ensure adherence to the principles of supremacy of the law, equality before the law, accountability to the law, fairness in the application of the law, separation of powers, participation in decision-making, legal certainty, avoidance of arbitrariness, and procedural and legal transparency. ?Let’s break some of this down and see if we still hold to these principals.

Supremacy of the law

Definition: A ?clause in Article VI of the U.S. Constitution that declares the constitution, laws, and treaties of the federal government to be the supreme law of the land to which judges in every state are bound regardless of state law to the contrary.

This is why we have a Supreme Court as the last refuge to arbitrate a law.?But let’s look at this in depth.?

Every law should be based on right and wrong, not politics.?For example, you could write a law that says every parent must sacrifice one child to satan or for example, what if the Federal government did not obey it OWN laws.?It would be a law (if passed or executive order by the President or congress) but would it be right and would “WE the People” accept this law??The answer (one would hope) is no.?Which brings us to the “real” power of a law, We the People.

When laws are written, no matter the level, State, Federal or local, in reality they are nothing but ink on paper, which includes the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.?The power contained within that law is the acceptance by We the People that the law is fair and just and meets the principals listed above.?There is no Voodoo or “people” hex doll that congress stabs with a pin to make us comply, but they do use the next best thing, Law Enforcement.?But what happens when, to use the example, you are ordered by a court, police officer or commanding officer (the government) to sacrifice your child to satan and you say “NO”??Technically you are breaking the “law”, but are you??Remember, laws are based on right and wrong not politics.

This issue was addressed in the My Lai massacre in Quang Ngai Province of South Vietnam.?The Army was given “orders” to “waste” the town and all inhabitants within.?They did it but some refused to do it and a military trial was called for.?They refused to participate because it was mainly women and children who were non-combatants herded up and executed in a ditch (300-500 total).?It was determined that those who refused were within their “rights” to refuse the “law/order” as the law/order did not meet the standards of right and wrong (the ones who did carry out the orders were punished by law as they knew it to be wrong).?

We are now at the My Lai massacre stage in America where the government we have trusted and the law enforcement we have trusted are no longer trustworthy.?That is not to say “all”, but the leadership is everyday proving that politics trumps over rule of law and has no foundation in right or wrong any longer.?What the solution?

Being that Article VI of the U.S. Constitution rules this “law”, the individual counties within the Nation must suspend Article VI of the U.S. Constitution and temporally institute a law that all Federal Laws, State Laws (as some states are totally out of control) are not applicable until approved by “We the People” of that county.?This is not unheard of as some Cities and States have instituted “Sanctuary Status” from Federal Law. ?It is a drastic measure in drastic times.

Equality before the Law

Definition:?Equality before the law, also known as equality under the law, equality in the eyes of the law, legal equality, or legal egalitarianism, is the principle that all people must be equally protected by the law.?The principle requires a systematic rule of law that observes due process to provide equal justice, and requires equal protection ensuring that no individual nor group of individuals be privileged over others by the law.

Well, anyone that is not brainwashed or mentally handicapped can see with their own eyes and ears that this “principal” of law that gives the power to the Law, has been obliterated.?It you are one class or group of criminal (law breaker) you will get a free ride in the Justice system.?If you ARE NOT part of that “click”, you will be crushed in every aspect of life.?The interesting part here is that the first “Click”, the woke and enlightened are a minority in society using force (law enforcement, big tech or police types who stupidly comply) to make us comply.?That is how a Communist government works.?This is how wars break out.

Solution:?Not sure how we put this Jennie back in the bottle without force in the opposite direction.

Accountability to the Law

Definition: Accountability is generally the state of being liable, answerable, or accountable. When applied to a legal context, accountability means that some legal rule(s) exists under which a theory or claim can be made to find one liable in a civil law suit or culpable in a criminal matter.

Fairness in the application of the Law

Definition: the balance or impartiality (of a court proceeding) that is essential to due process.

Where do we even start with this one??The courts and prosecutors throughout the nation have become a joke.?Lawyers have become a joke.?Judges have become a joke.?It is like one massive clown car that tells you up is down and down is up IN THEIR WORLD.??Riots are not riots if done for the right reason.?And that “right” reason would be? ?Perjury is ok if you do it for a greater cause.?And that “greater cause” would be??Let’s all face it, the justice system has become a joke at it’s own hands, for it’s own profit and it own power.?Free speech is what a few determine it is.?Questions are not allowed to be asked of our government.?Obey.

Solution:?America will have to take matters into their own hands if the system does not self correct as they have done before.

Separation of Powers

The separation of powers assumed that our elected officials would honor the will of the people and not act in selfish, self rewarding collusion. ??That no longer exits.

I think I have said enough.?

America is at a crossroads of existence as a Nation envisioned by those including our Founding Fathers and may disappear into the history books or erased from the History books.?Right now as I write this the hypocrisy and abuse of power is totally and completely out of control by both sides of the isle.?The outright lies with a straight face by the Leader of our Nation and his disciples are beyond belief.?The abuse and lies of COVID and its effects and treatment are in my opinion criminal.?The proof in that statement is that if COVID is so dangerous, then why are you allowing a MILLION+ Typhoid Mary’s to pour across the border and even worst distribute them across the country next to our children and senior citizens??

Our leaders also state that this country is “systemically racist”.?While this has no truth with it that I see, it may have some merit in isolated areas.?But now that our Justice Department has invited the United Nations to investigate, let me issue a grave warning of potential things to come.?If the UN investigates the so called “systemic racism” under the UN Charter, that constitutes a “Human Rights Violation”.?Under the HRV protocols, the UN can deploy troops to stop the genocide.?My guess is the bulk of the troops will be Chinese.?While I have no “facts” to back up this gut feeling, it is very clear to me.?It also begs the question of why 100,000 Chinese troops were training in Canada and the Chinese Navy in the gulf of Mexico.

We are in the most dangerous time in American History.?If We the People do not stand a fight for this nation, it will be lost.?We must take back our Government to be held accountable to We the People again and not the “woke”.?We the People must take back our schools so they do not become propaganda centers of hate and perverted child sex.?We the People must once again stand and unite to face and defeat evil masquerading as good and send these haters of America to where ever their utopia is.?If we don’t, if you think we will even make the 2022 elections where we will throw them out, you are wrong.?They won’t let it happen.?This nation has very little time left.
