Amendment in composition fees to be levied on extension on EO period under Advance authorization

1. In relation to items specified in Apendix-4J, the composition fees on request of EO extension shall be as follows:

• If CIF value of AA is upto 2cr, fee shall be 5000.

?

• For more than 2cr but upto 10cr, fee shall be 10000 and above 10cr fee shall be 15000

?

2.For extension of EO period for up to 6 months from the date of expiry of EO period, the composition fee shall be as under:

?

• If CIF vale of AA is upto 2cr, fee shall be 5000.

?

• For more than 2cr but upto 10cr, fee shall be 10000 and above 10cr fee shall be 15000.

?

3.The composition fee for further extension up to 6 months after 1st extension is as follows:

?

• If CIF vale of AA is upto 2cr, fee shall be 10000. For more than 2cr but upto 10cr, fee shall be 20000 and above 10cr fee shall be 30000

NOTE

?

• No extension shall be allowed beyond 12 months from the date of expiry of EO period.

?

• Only 2 extension of 6months each as mentioned above can be allowed to the license holder.

?

• The above amendments shall be applicable for all applications made on or after?19.01.2023.

?

• The AA holder shall have to submit a self-declaration that unutilized goods are with the applicant for EO extension.

?

• If any Ban/ restriction is imposed on export of any product, the period of EO shall stand automatically extended for the duration of ban
