Amending the JCT DB 2024 ANB Provisions for Diversity

The JCT Drafting Committee have assisted parties to change the choice of ANBs parties can use so that you can name UK Adjudicators in the contract.

UK Adjudicators is the largest panel of adjudicators in the united Kingdom and has the most diverse panel in terms of race , sex and profession.

You will need to use the existing blank space 9.3.1 in the Contract Particulars (DB 2024 Page 20).

The amendments needed are shown in red in the image below.

If you wish to use the ANB with the largest panel in the United Kingdom with the most diverse panel membership that doesn't charge any nomination fee you should include UK Adjudicators in your contracts.

Panel members include retired TCC judges, solicitors, barristers, engineers, architects, surveyors and chartered builders.
