Accordingly, TJIP amends claim 1 and the title of the patent application to emphasize that the distinctive technical features of the amended claim 1 are different from the citations. Furthermore, by replying that the technical features of the amended claim 1 are not disclosed by the citations and the amended claim 1 involves an inventive step, TJIP persuaded the examiner to grant the patent.
