???????????????????????? ???? ?????? ?????????? ??????????????
Only recently, with the rise in popularity of yoga and New Age beliefs in general, have chakras become more widely known. They are a sophisticated, old energy system that has its roots in India, and first appeared in the Vedas. There is a lot to learn about?them.
What are Chakras and from where did they come from?
According to Yoga tradition, the chakras are part of the subtle body (Sukshma sharira), a part you can't see or touch. It's where your energy flows, which is why it's also referred to as the energy body. If the chakras ever become out of sync, they can negatively impact your physical, mental, and spiritual health
The name chakra was found in the oldest text called the Vedas. The chakras as psychic centers of consciousness are first mentioned in the Yoga Upanishads (600 B.C.) and later in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (200 B.C.).
The word is derived from the Sanskrit cakra, meaning “wheel,†alluding to the vortex of swirling energy believed to reside in each chakra’s location.
