The Rose Hill Estate in Suwanee, owned by an Atlanta-born NBA star,?hit the market for $11.25 million on Thursday. Kelly Anderson of Engel & V?lkers Atlanta is the listing agent.?
The estate last changed hands in 2016 when a limited liability company linked to professional basketball player Dwight Howard purchased it from Moore Road LLC for $8.8 million, according to Gwinnett County deeds.
Howard was the first owner to live inside the home, Anderson told Atlanta Business Chronicle on Thursday. The property sat vacant for years after construction wrapped in 2010.

After nine years of planning, the Atlanta Botanical Garden will finally break ground on its eight-acre expansion later this year, the garden says. Upon completion, the Atlanta Beltline will have a direct connection to the garden.

Georgia Tech’s tree-lined campus is on display from the windows of Cargill’s?new Midtown Atlanta tech hub, where it will house 400 workers.
The Minnesota-based food and agricultural giant is the latest company to establish a presence at Technology Square, where big brands have clustered to tap the talent and research flowing from Georgia Tech and other nearby universities.
