Jim, Thank you for being a great example of a true leader!! True leaders like yourself lead by example, they inspire others, and the help others to succeed. They follow well understood principles, they are humble and honest. They also take the time to understand other points of view, and they respect those point of view, if they benefit a good cause. Thank you for making such a great and positive difference, and defining high quality leadership standards!

I assume you enjoy your time off meaningfully. Thinking about the case of people doing extraordinary things in 2021 reminds me of the case of "Framework Laptop". So, let me share it. Have you heard it? It's a repairable sustainable laptop, and I can say that it's a kind of the hardware version of the Linux distro, and is a game changer of the open hardware movement. You can take a look at the community forum, and I think you see how they do business differently, and you like it. I am an individual who is looking forward to seeing this product inspire other company's products in the healthcare industry.

Jim Whitehurst - My team just listened to your Podcast (Smart Talks with IBM and Malcolm Gladwell: An Open Conversation about Open Innovation) and you mentioned turning your leadership approach to climate change. How can I follow your journey - is there a specific website?

Ambiguous information causes wrong decisions and long term problems; look at construction industry - we built homes (for most of us one of the biggest investments in our lives), buildings which produces 3.8 higher CO2 over the design intend, poor quality etc - all because of ambiguous information and data. Leaders, standards and innovation are important to lead and navigate us through.
