From February 21 to February 23, we had the fantastic opportunity to be present at the?D.I.C.E. Summit in Las Vegas. Representing us at the event was a fantastic team comprising?Andreea Enache, Chief Revenue Officer,?Charles A. Villano III, Head of Global Business Development,?Scott Humphries, Head of Product Development, and?Eric Koch, Head of H.D.

D.I.C.E. Summit?is the premier video game networking conference that offers a variety of exciting events to ensure the best chance to network with the gaming audience.

The conference provided a unique opportunity to connect with distinguished industry leaders, gain valuable insights, and keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the dynamic world of gaming.

It was an excellent chance to discover new growth opportunities in the gaming industry at the event.

AMBER WELCOMES NEW MEMBERS TO THE TEAM - ANDREEA ENACHE AND VLAD POPOVICI

Andreea Enache?and?Vlad Popovici?have joined the Amber team as our new?Chief Revenue Officer?and?Chief Marketing Officer, respectively.

Andreea comes to us from Marvel, Sony, Bandai Namco, and Konami,?where she gained extensive experience in the gaming industry. As our Chief Revenue Officer, she will lead the revenue generation efforts, driving our growth and expansion.

Vlad Popovici has over 25 years of experience in tech and advertising, and we are thrilled to have him as our new Chief Marketing Officer. Vlad will oversee our marketing initiatives, develop and execute effective strategies to promote our brand, and drive growth.

Together, Andreea and Vlad will lead their teams in delivering a positive impact on the gaming industry.

GLOBAL GAME JAM 2023

In collaboration with Arden,?Amber Mexico became an official Global Game Jam site for the 2023 edition. Our office in Guadalajara hosted participants from the region between January 30th to February 3rd. The event brought together Mexican talent in video game development while our teams offered guidance, technical support, mentoring, and equipment to help participants during the Jam.

Amber Guadalajara provided seven mentoring sessions and two feedback sessions?for both on site and online attendees. On site we had a total of?58 registered jammers who developed 11 projects?starting from this year's game jam theme -?"Roots".

The event was a great success and allowed Amber Guadalajara to showcase its commitment to supporting and promoting the gaming industry in Mexico.

Hogwarts Legacy takes the lead on Steam by being on the top four spots on the best sellers week as of 12th of February, 2023, according to?GameRant. It also managed to get over 100K reviews, 93% of which are Very Positive. On consoles, the game sits at the top of the UK Sales chart at the end of 18th February, according to?GamesIndustryBiz.

Dead by Daylight Mobile?is now open for pre-registration and the game is due to launch on the 15th of March. The mobile version brings new features exclusive to the platform such as kill animations along with cosmetics, a seasonal leaderboard, and a chat system which includes global and private as well.

From?Alpha Dog Games?who’ve been acquired by Bethesda in 2019, comes Mighty Doom with a new?trailer?and release date of March 2023 after a rocky development lifecycle. The game is a top-down shooter-runner hybrid which will feature the 2016 version of Doomguy. This is going to be the first Doom game on mobile since Doom RPG which was launched in 2005.
